1. No Return / Exchange for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind. Please make sure to review your order before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Wrong Item, or Wrong Size
If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, or wrong size, please message us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order details

After verification, we will offer either:

• Replacement of the correct item, or

• Refund of the item
