SHIPPING TIME & POLICY

1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared and scheduled for shipment after confirmation. Orders will be dropped off to J&T Express for delivery.

2. Tracking Number
Your tracking number will be sent within 1 day after shipment so you can monitor your order.

3. Estimated Shipping Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location:

• Luzon: 1–7 days

• Visayas: 3–7 days

• Mindanao: 5–7 days

• Island / Remote Areas: 7–15 days

Please note that delivery times may change due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Delays
Once the order is shipped, STR.ASTRO is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will gladly help track your package if needed.
